A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional with 18 years of experience and founder of Lundblade Financial Group. Eric is passionate about helping clients achieve financial freedom. He began his career in the financial industry during “the Great Recession”, becoming a Financial Advisor October 8th, 2007. During his first 17 months in the industry, markets were down more than 50%. Eric learned how to manage clients assets during the worst recession since the Great Depression. He developed his investment and risk management sensibility during this volatile time.
Eric graduated with honors from Clemson University, College of Business. He has attained the prestigious CFP® certification, one of the most respected financial planning credentials among consumers and the recognized standard of excellence in personal financial planning. Eric also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®), Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM (AAMS®) and Sports and Entertainment Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM (SE-AWMA®) from the College for Financial Planning.
Eric is an active member in his community. He is a lifetime member of the Clemson Sertoma Club and a former Camp Sertoma of SC Board Trustee. Eric is a Leadership Clemson and Leadership Pickens County alumni. He co-founded the Clemson Young Professionals and proudly served on the Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce Board.
Eric lives in Clemson with his wife Shealy, and their children Charlie and Mary Ellis. He is an avid Clemson Tiger fan, enjoys traveling, and spending time with his family. Eric and Shealy are members of Clemson First Baptist Church.
